Ron Sanders

CEO
An industry legend for over four decades, Ron joined FLD – his first job – right out of school. An expert on vehicle valuations and all things remarketing, Ron has been at the helm of FLD for nearly a decade. A competitive racquetball player, bowler and cyclist, Ron and his wife of 38 years, Tracey, have two adult children – Hannah and Kevin. When he’s not staying fit, you can find Ron tinkering in his basement wood shop (he got the bug in junior high), building something amazing!

Gary Mott

President
A 32-year veteran of FLD, our President Gary Mott started with the company the day our founder picked him up at the airport for a job interview and hired him on the ride back to the office. Well-known throughout the fleet and leasing industry, Gary was born on an Indiana farm but has been a happy South Florida resident since he touched down for that interview so many years ago. An expert at leveraging technology and real-life experience to make customers’ lives easier and more productive, Gary enjoys road cycling, fuel-injected muscle cars and real estate when he’s not hanging out and enjoying the lake lifestyle on his boat.

Santiago Ramirez

CIO
Hired in 1997 to write our VTK system software, Santiago went on to become one of three partners in FLD as our Chief Information Officer. The author of all of our proprietary technology, “Santi” – as his teammates call him – enjoys reading science and sci-fi, running and playing volleyball and video games. Married with three kids, Santi and his team are the heartbeat that sets our technology offering apart!

Bill Bishop

Senior Vice President
A recognized expert on work trucks and wholesale used vehicles, SVP of Sales and Marketing Bill Bishop boasts a 30-plus year career and an encyclopedic knowledge of fleet. A native Minnesotan, Bill enjoys golf, cooking and spending time with his young grandchildren. A wine enthusiast who accomplished a lifelong dream when he passed the sommelier’s test last year, Bill and his wife Courtney live near the water in Hobe Sound.

Richard Mallek

A self-proclaimed “car guy” since childhood, Business Development Manager Richard Mallek has been an integral part of growing the FLD brand since joining the company over 12 years ago. Charged with both sales and marketing duties, Rich is a graduate of the University of Maryland who enjoys golf, babying his cars, and cooking for others. A big believer in seamless communication that helps customers achieve their most important goals, Rich is a native of Bayside Queens, NY, who enjoys pulling for the Mets and Giants when he and his wife Sue aren’t hanging out with their dogs.

Holly Hill

A self-described “professional problem solver” Holly has been an important part of TeamFLD for over a quarter of a century. Born “somewhere in the Buckeye state,” Holly is so dedicated to the fleet business that she’s just about to get her CAFM so she better understands her clients and the issues they face. A true equestrian, Holly enjoys horseback riding and training, animal rescue and hanging out on her spread near the beautiful Shenandoah Valley with her dogs and husband.

With over 35 years in the auto industry – 21 of those with FLD – Business Development Manager Carol Fowler is a true spark plug that keeps the team energized. A native Floridian who enjoys hanging out at the beach, Carol admits “vehicles are in my blood.” A true customer service fanatic, when she’s not gardening or working in her yard, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and grandson and pulling for her beloved Miami Dolphins.

The newest member of our sales team, Carrie came to FLD in 2023 with more than 20 years of sales and marketing expertise – the last 5 in fleet. Arizona-based, Carrie thrives on helping clients craft effective remarketing strategies and nurturing enduring partnerships. A fan of exploring new places, cooking and wine, and spending time with her husband Paul and their adorable pups.

Gidget Ocampo

Operations Manager

The glue that holds FLD together, Gidget has been Operations Manager, Director of Titles and general all around “office boss” since she started with the company more than 25 years ago. A native of Mexico, Gidget enjoys arts and crafts, reading and walking when she’s not solving complex issues for our customers Gidget is in the process of getting her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Matt Chapdelaine

Raised in Massachusetts, Matt has been FLD’s Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the last four years. An avid golfer who spent 10 years caddying during high school and college, Matt still enjoys video games and hitting the links but has been focusing his time on his passion for pickleball, landscaping and drone photography and videography these days.
